South West Contact Centre Awards 2010
This years South West Contact Centre Awards Ceremony was held at
The Grand Hotel, Bristol, Thursday 24th June, and a great night it was too.
Congratulations to Jane Thomas and Jayne Davis who put together a great evening for the 300 people who attended.
Intelligent dialogue was asked to present the Team Leader of the Year Award, and that was a great honour, as we all know how important good team leaders are to a solid operation.

And the winner of the People Development Award went to
Office Response.
Congratulations to Heather and her team for a worthy recruitment and development strategy which is making a difference on several levels.
Congratulations have to go to all the finalists. After her first day of judging, Diane said "It's been a really uplifting experience hearing people talk with real pride about what they do for their customers, their colleagues, and their businesses. Professionalism and best practice is alive and kicking in the contact centres of the South West. I met some really inspiring people with great stories to tell."
