Many thanks for the newsletter. They always make very interesting and thought provoking reading, so much so I have passed it on to all my colleagues for them to digest the content as well.
We all think we are always doing a good job, giving good customer service, the newsletter serves to remind us of some of the things we have forgotten to do. Keep them coming!
