Relaxation music for 45 minutes

I was placed "in the queue to our next available operator". 45 minutes of wait - you can tell I am a very patient ( or desperate?) person.
That callcentre employed some intelligent features... Closer to minute number 20, they started playing relaaaaaaxing classical music... just when my blood started boiling!
Sorry to say, at the end my problem was not solved.
