Recognising Opportunities.

We worked with Intelligent Dialogue over a 3 year period firstly introducing the training modules to our 80+ Hire / Sales desk staff. The course not only improved the way our staff dealt with our customers needs, it also made them very aware of how to realise opportunities within each call.

We were so happy with the results of the training programme, with advice from Intelligent Dialogue we introduced another set of modules more suited to our 20+ Sales Reresentitives.

As a result of these modules we saw our Sales Representatives evolve into a much stronger , more adaptable and professional sales force.
