Reasons Why Customers Keep Buying

With over 100 full time hire desk and field sales staff and a transient customer base, we had a huge task to keep contact with existing clients and of course proactively find new ones.

The brief to intelligent dialogue was to develop a culture within our company that was durable.

We had often been on courses in the past where after a while the benefit was lost, we could not afford this to happen on this occasion!!

After detailed briefing,Intelligent Dialogue has courses developed that locked in the board,the management and the sales force in a modular programme that sorted out "the men from the boys".
