New Tricks / Old Habits

When my Company decided that we should all be given "telephone skills" training I initially thought,no not more time out of the office for my busy staff.
However this was to be no "ordinary" training day!
Once the logisitics were sorted, my staff and I were soon at ease with Dianes relaxed yet informed style.
Using real situations and making calls to match , it soon became clear that "old habits" die hard!
Individuals were surprised to hear themselves being "confrontational", "un structured",and generally un prepared.
With Dianes help these faults were discussed and corrected.
More importantly, the way our Company is presented by individuals over the 'phone is now much improved.
After 25 years of making "credit control" type calls I can honestly say one Old Habits can be changed and New Tricks learnt!
