Diane, spent a day with us and helped us to think through how we could improve our sales approach over the phone. I have always found the mere thought of telesales quite daunting - particularly with cold calling, but Diane worked alongside us to develop a very practical and useful approach. Essentially, she helped us to move away from the old "script" type call towards having a conversation with a potential customer. |
